Tammy Leehy is the Owner and Director of Absolute Dance Academy. Miss Tammy obtained her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Coaching Endorsement from Midland Lutheran College in 1992. Miss Tammy has over 45 years of dance experience with 35 years of dance instruction in the areas of ballet, lyrical, jazz, tap, clogging and tumbling. Jordan Leehy is the Assistant Director of Absolute Dance Academy. Miss Jordan obtained her Bachelor’s and Master's degree of Science in Business Administration and is currently the Dean of Advising and Pottawattamie Promise at Iowa Western Community College. Adison Leehy is the Creative Director at Absolute Dance Academy. Miss Adison was a member of the Lewis Central High School Dance Team for 3 years and a member of LHCC and MTAD while being a part of Miss Tammy’s School of Dance for 16 years. Lauren Leehy is the LHCC and Clogging Director at Absolute Dance Academy. Miss Lauren obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Iowa while being a member of the University's Swimming and Diving team. Miss Lauren has 14 years of previous dance experience and was apart of the first MTAD team. Miss Lauren has been an instructor for 4 years and specializes in ADA’s and MTADA's 

Rylie Gittins is an Instructor at Absolute Dance Academy. Miss Rylie has 17 years of dancing herself. Miss Rylie was a member of Underwood High School Dance Team, MTAD, and was a student helper all throughout high school. Miss Rylie attended the University of South Dakota while being a part of their Dance Team. Miss Rylie just graduated from UNO with a major in Business Administration. Miss Rylie 

Cassidy Espeseth is an instructor at Absolute Dance Academy. Miss Cassidy was a member of the AHSTW High School Dance Team for 4 years and captain for 2 years and a member of LHCC and MTAD while dancing and student teaching at Miss Tammy’s. Ben Leehy is the Co-Owner of Absolute Dance Academy in Neola, IA. Mr. Ben is husband of Tammy Leehy and has 4 daughters: Jordan, Lauren, Mykenzie, and Adison Leehy. Mr. Ben is blessed to have two nieces, Ruby and Dorothy. Mr. Ben has been a dance dad for 25+ years. Mr. Ben preps the studio weekly to make the studio safe and clean for every dancer that steps into the studio. Mr. Ben takes pride in

Miss Mykenzie graduated from the University of Houston with her undergraduate degree in Sports Administration and Auburn University for her Master's degree in Adult Education.
