Tammy Leehy is the Owner and Director of Absolute Dance Academy. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a Coaching Endorsement from Midland Lutheran College in 1992. With over 45 years of dance experience and more than 35 years of teaching, Miss Tammy has instructed students in ballet, lyrical, jazz, tap, clogging, and tumbling.  Jordan Leehy is the Assistant Director of Absolute Dance Academy. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees in Business Administration and currently serves as the Dean of Advising at Iowa Western Community College. Miss Jordan is a former collegiate athlete, playing three years of volleyball at the collegiate level. She grew up dancing in the studio setting and has ten years of

Adison Leehy is the Creative Director at Absolute Dance Academy. She spent 16 years training at Miss Tammy’s School of Dance and was a member of both LHCC and MTADA, in addition to dancing three years on the Lewis Central High School Dance Team. Miss Adison continued her dance career at Iowa Western Community College before earning her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Bellevue University. 

Lauren Thompson is the Clogging Director at Absolute Dance Academy. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Iowa, where she was also a member of the Swimming and Diving Team. Miss Lauren has 14 years of dance experience and was part of the very first MTADA team. She has been an instructor at ADA for six years, specializing in advanced clogging classes for our competitio

 Cassidy Espeseth is an instructor at Absolute Dance Academy. She danced for AHSTW High School, serving as captain for two years, and was a member of LHCC and MTADA while growing up at Miss Tammy’s. Ben Leehy is the Co-Owner of Absolute Dance Academy in Neola, IA. Mr. Ben is husband of Tammy Leehy and has 4 daughters: Jordan, Lauren, Mykenzie, and Adison Leehy. Mr. Ben is blessed to have two nieces, Ruby and Dorothy. Mr. Ben has been a dance dad for 25+ years.
